Fisherman's Special

Rent the entire lower level which is a complete apartment, two bedrooms which sleeps five--one room with a queen bed, and the other with a double futon on the bottom bunk and single top bunk, with complete kitchen, fireplace, barbeque grill, wireless internet, washer/dryer, and walk out to a sandy beach and lake for $200 per night. Price does not include the 3% tax. Minimum stay--two nights.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

For both rooms: No cancellation refund is allowed during July. Other months, you may receive a full refund up to two weeks' notice, minus a booking fee.

Couple/Single Special

Stay in the third floor bedroom, with private bath. The room has a queen- sized bed and dresser, and wireless internet is available. It overlooks the lake. Full breakfast is served if desired. Complete access to the lake is included. Price is $100 per night, and does not include the 3% tax. For $30 each, children, or even other adults with your group, may stay in an adjacent room, complete with toys, with a double bottom, single top bunk bed. They would share your bathroom.You may use my refrigerator for a small number of items, but if you want to use the kitchen and grill to cook dinners, and/or use the washer and dryer, the price will be the same as the bottom floor, $200 per night. Food is not provided, but laundry soap is.
